The first step is to fill out a questionnaire to give us more information about you and what you want to receive from your healing session.

The initial session is usually a 2 hour session with a facilitator who will be helping to identify the source of the issue that you are seeking help for. All sessions are held in a private environment.

We pray and invite the Holy Spirit who is the ultimate “counselor” to help us to know the specific path to bring breakthrough in the area you are desiring freedom in.

Yes, this is a private session in which you will be with 1 or 2 trained Inside Out facilitators.

Yes, spouses can attend the session should the client desire.

The Inside Out healing method has been tested over the last 30 years and is quite comprehensive considering the whole human design. In a session, we are looking at the individual from a holistic lens in how you are designed with 3 important core parts: physical body, soul, and spirit.

Inside out balances spiritual emotional and psychological needs in bringing healing and restoration to a person. Also in a session, you can expect us to dive in and take a healthy look at your genogram, your belief systems, your life cycles, rhythms, and triggers of pain and trauma. Our intent is to excavate and identify the root of the issues you are presently dealing with so you can experience the healing and breakthrough you desire.

Sessions are $360 for a 2 hour session.

If you are needing more sessions, they will be scheduled in 50-minute sessions. The cost for follow-up sessions is $180.
